Ceramic figure representing a shy menina in a smiling attitude. This ceramic figure is an interpretation of one of the central characters in the painting "Las meninas" by the great painter Diego Velázquez. An interpretation by Rosa Elordui, which turns this 17th century character into a work of contemporary art.

The manual manufacture of this ceramic sculpture has given it a rustic touch that, together with the artist's characteristic childlike style, makes this serial piece at first a unique work of pottery art.
