How many legends exist in Greek mythology? It is difficult to answer, what we can say is that one of the most fascinating is that of Atlas, the son of Japeto and the Climate Nymph. Atlas was the one who led the brave rebellion against Zeus himself, so he was sentenced to sustain the sky during all eternity without rest.

Lladró's high is a complex porcelain figure. For its production, 12 different molds have been necessary, creating each detail separately. To enhance the tension in each of your muscles, the sculptor Ernest Massouet has opted for the matte finish. For the same reason you have chosen the target as the main color of the sculpture, adding only some details in gold luster.

The Atlas porcelain figure is a true work of contemporary art, with a touch of mystery of antiquity.
