We are increasingly aware of the importance of caring for our planet and the beings that inhabit it. All of us form a magnificent, unique and unrepeatable ecosystem, in which if one falls, another will follow. But even with this knowledge, we humans still have a lot to work on. To add its two cents in the common cause of the fight for the planet, the Lladró firm has decided to create this porcelain figurine of a primate. One of our closest relatives, unfortunately in danger of extinction.

The sculptor Virginia González wanted to show the curious character of this intelligent animal, representing it in a kind of posture of the thinker. But what tells us the most about what this magnificent primate is like are its eyes, which have been made with such skill that it seems that this porcelain animal is alive.
