The Contract

This monster bird with a helmet carries a pencil box and an inkwell in its beak, in which the nun, who decomposes in a pig, bathes her pen. A severed foot swings from the hull of the bird that refers to the horrible corporal punishments that could await in hell. The pig, really an accusation against the decay of clergy life, tempts the man who sits next to him and it appears that he prepares a contract. Is man possibly selling his soul?
