Ceramic long-eared owl chick.

Despite being ferocious animals that spread fear throughout the forest with their cry alone, we find owls more amusing than threatening. This is due to the expression on their peculiar faces, which could be described as surprised or stunned. This comical effect is even greater when we observe owl chicks, like the one represented in this ceramic figure.

The real plumage of this type of bird is brown, but the artisans at De Rosa have wanted to create a contemporary design ceramic figure and for this, in addition to magnificent texturing of the piece, they have used an original lilac color, which combines perfectly with the gold details, characteristic of this pottery house.
