Delivery Times
Delivery times vary from 2 to 7 business days depending on the day of the week the purchase was made, as deliveries are only made Monday through Friday. All our items are shipped via express courier.
Orders are prepared as soon as payment has been confirmed and according to the following schedule:
Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Orders received outside of these hours will be prepared the next business day. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Shipping Costs
- The purchased products will be delivered to the address indicated in the order.
- Purchase receipts will be sent to the email address provided by the customer during registration on the artestilo.com online store and can also be viewed in the customer's registration account on the artestilo.com online store.
- There will be no order pickups or deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
- The delivery will be made on time under the responsibility of the carrier.
- An order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the package(s) to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt. It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the goods upon receipt and note any discrepancies on the delivery receipt.

Claim for undelivered orders
After receiving an email confirming that their order has been shipped, if the consumer and/or user does not receive the product within a reasonable time, they can contact artestilo.com by phone at (+34) 914296646, via the contact form, or by email at info@artestilo.com to clarify the cause of the delay.
Once the complaint has been received, artestilo.com will contact the consumer and/or user in order to explain what happened and reach an agreement on the matter.
In the event that artestilo.com does not have the contracted item available, the consumer and/or user will be informed of this lack of availability and will receive the sums paid from artestilo.com as soon as possible .
Cancellations
If, after making a purchase, you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, you can do so as long as you indicate this through the contact form established for this purpose in the "contact" section or in writing to the email address info@angladaesculturas.com, customer service form or by telephone at (+34) 914296646 indicating the order number that you wish to cancel.
Return policy
The consumer and/or user will have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to return it without needing to state the reason and without incurring any costs except for the shipping costs which will be borne by the consumer and/or user.
The following exceptions (among others) are established in the exercise of the right of withdrawal and are expressly included in the Law on Consumers and Users, which are:
c) The supply of goods made to the specifications of the consumer and/or user or clearly personalized.
d) The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly.
e) The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.
f) The supply of goods which, after delivery and taking into account their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.
The refund will be made using the same payment method the user used to make the purchase.
The returned product must be in the same condition as when it was received, meaning it must be in perfect condition and, of course, must not be damaged, dented, or show any clear signs of use that would prevent its resale. It must be shipped in appropriate packaging that will protect it during transit.
Procedure:
To exercise their right of withdrawal, the consumer and/or user has a period of 14 calendar days. To do so, they will complete the form established for this purpose in the "My account" section or make another type of unequivocal statement indicating their decision to withdraw from the sales contract.
Whether by one means or another, your communication must contain the following information:
- Your identifying information: full name and address
- Order number shown on the invoice that was sent to you along with the purchased item
- Description of the acquired asset
- Their willingness to withdraw from the purchase agreement
- Date of communication
- If you send your request by non-electronic means (e.g., postal mail), it must be signed.
From the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract, the consumer and/or user has a period of 14 calendar days to return the purchased item to artestilo.com in perfect condition along with a copy of the purchase invoice.
artestilo.com will promptly notify the consumer and/or user by email of the receipt of said withdrawal, with instructions for the shipment by the consumer and/or user. Once the product has been received or the consumer and/or user has provided verifiable proof of the return of the goods, artestilo.com will deliver the sums paid by the consumer and/or user without undue delay .
