These general terms and conditions of sale apply strictly to all product sales made by the online store artestilo.com . Any order placed with the online store artestilo.com necessarily implies, as an essential, determining, and indispensable condition, the Customer's unreserved acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale of the online store artestilo.com in effect on the date the corresponding order is placed. Furthermore, the Customer acknowledges that acceptance of these terms and conditions will imply their application to the order to which they refer, as well as to any subsequent order, except in those cases where new terms and conditions are brought to their attention by the online store artestilo.com . The fact that the online store artestilo.com does not invoke any of these terms and conditions at any given time shall not be interpreted as, nor shall it constitute, a waiver of its right to invoke them in the future or in the past.
The interpretation and execution of these terms and conditions, as well as all acts arising therefrom, shall be governed by Spanish law, unless there are mandatory provisions to the contrary.

Furthermore, the user, registered on the website and whose purpose is to be a consumer and/or user thereof and/or to contract the products or services of artestilo.com , is responsible for the data provided to artestilo.com and therefore guarantees the veracity of the data provided on this website.
PRICES
Prices displayed on the artestilo.com online store are in Euros. All prices include VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any changes to the VAT rate will be automatically applied to the prices of products sold on the artestilo.com online store .
Special offers on products sold on the artestilo.com online store will be displayed in the "Offers" section or indicated on the product page and, unless otherwise stated, will be valid while they are displayed on the screen.
Discount vouchers have an expiration date and special conditions for use. Please consult the specifications of each voucher before using it.
SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT (DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES)
The purpose of this contract is to regulate the relationship between artestilo.com and the consumer and/or user when the latter gives their consent during the contracting process by accepting the corresponding checkbox. The contractual relationship of purchase and sale will involve the delivery of a product in exchange for a price specified on the website.
PAYMENT METHODS
When placing an order, the customer can freely choose to pay for purchases made in the Zona de Pádel online store using:

Bank transfer: To pay using this method, the buyer must make a bank transfer (specifying the order reference in the payment details) within a maximum of 3 business days from the date of the order. The company reserves the right to cancel the order if confirmation of the transfer has not been received within this period. The bank account details will be displayed to the customer when they select this payment method.

PayPal: To pay for purchases using this system, consumers and/or users must have a PayPal account. For more information, visit www.paypal.es .

Cash on Delivery: Once the buyer places the order, artestilo.com will ship it to the address provided during registration via our shipping agency, which will collect payment upon delivery. Checks are not accepted; only cash. It is important that the customer has the exact amount ready, as the carrier may not have change.
- Payment can be made by credit or debit card through the virtual POS terminal. With this payment method, the buyer will need to provide their card number, expiration date, and CVV code. In this case, their data will be encrypted and sent via a secure server to the bank's virtual POS terminal. This procedure does not provide the card number to artestilo.com .
PRODUCT
Offers presented by the online store artestilo.com are valid while supplies last and within the dates specified for each offer. The online store artestilo.com reserves the right to modify its product selection based on availability from its suppliers.
If the selected product is not in stock, the user can provide their email address on the product page so that the company can contact them via email once the product is available.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary from X to Y business days depending on the day of the week the purchase was made, as deliveries are only made Monday through Friday. All our items are shipped via express courier.
Orders are prepared as soon as payment has been confirmed and according to the following schedule:
Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Orders received outside of these hours will be prepared the next business day. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Shipping Costs
- The purchased products will be delivered to the address indicated in the order.
- Purchase receipts will be sent to the email address provided by the customer during registration on the artestilo.com online store and can also be viewed in the customer's registration account on the artestilo.com online store.
- There will be no order pickups or deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
- The delivery will be made on time under the responsibility of the carrier.
- An order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the package(s) to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt. It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the goods upon receipt and note any discrepancies on the delivery receipt.

Claim for undelivered orders
After receiving an email confirming that their order has been shipped, if the consumer and/or user does not receive the product within a reasonable time, they can contact artestilo.com by phone at (+34) 914 296 646, via the contact form, or by email at info@artestilo.com to clarify the cause of the delay.
Once the complaint has been received, artestilo.com will contact the consumer and/or user in order to explain what happened and reach an agreement on the matter.
In the event that artestilo.com does not have the contracted item available, the consumer and/or user will be informed of this lack of availability and will receive the sums paid from artestilo.com as soon as possible .
Cancellations
If, after making a purchase, you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, you can do so as long as you indicate this through the contact form established for this purpose in the "contact" section or in writing to the email address info@artestilo.com, customer service form or by telephone at (+34) 914 296 646 indicating the order number that you wish to cancel.
Return policy
The consumer and/or user will have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to return it without needing to state the reason and without incurring any costs except for the shipping costs which will be borne by the consumer and/or user.
The following exceptions (among others) are established in the exercise of the right of withdrawal and are expressly included in the Law on Consumers and Users, which are:
c) The supply of goods made to the specifications of the consumer and/or user or clearly personalized.
d) The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly.
e) The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.
f) The supply of goods which, after delivery and taking into account their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.
The refund will be made using the same payment method the user used to make the purchase.
The returned product must be in the same condition as when it was received, meaning it must be in perfect condition and, of course, must not be damaged, dented, or show any clear signs of use that would prevent its resale. It must be shipped in appropriate packaging that will protect it during transit.
Procedure:
To exercise their right of withdrawal, the consumer and/or user has a period of 14 calendar days. To do so, they will complete the form established for this purpose in the "My account" section or make another type of unequivocal statement indicating their decision to withdraw from the sales contract.
Whether by one means or another, your communication must contain the following information:
- Your identifying information: full name and address
- Order number shown on the invoice that was sent to you along with the purchased item
- Description of the acquired asset
- Their willingness to withdraw from the purchase agreement
- Date of communication
- If you send your request by non-electronic means (e.g., postal mail), it must be signed.
From the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract, the consumer and/or user has a period of 14 calendar days to return the purchased item to artestilo.com in perfect condition along with a copy of the purchase invoice.
artestilo.com will promptly notify the consumer and/or user by email of the receipt of said withdrawal, with instructions for the shipment by the consumer and/or user. Once the product has been received or the consumer and/or user has provided verifiable proof of the return of the goods, artestilo.com will deliver the sums paid by the consumer and/or user without undue delay .
USER REGISTRATION
You don't need to be registered to browse the store and add products to your cart. However, you will need to register as a user to complete a purchase. We will request your personal information to create your customer profile. This information will be protected in accordance with the provisions of Spanish Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data.
With your user account, you can make purchases and take advantage of the discounts, promotions, and gifts we offer our customers.
In your account, you can view your order history and details, shipping addresses, payment methods, discount vouchers, and more.
PURCHASE PROCESS
To purchase from the online store artestilo.com, you must be a registered user and over 18 years of age.
Add all the products you want to your cart, then click "Confirm" to complete your purchase. We will ask for your shipping address and billing address (you can use the same address for both).
Next, you will be asked to choose your shipping method. Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address provided, the total weight of the package, and the delivery time (express or standard).

GUARANTEES
Repair and replacement will be free of charge for the user. This free service will include all necessary expenses incurred to remedy the lack of conformity of the products with the contract, especially shipping costs, as well as labor and material costs.
It is the customer's responsibility to send the defective merchandise by their own means in order to process the warranty. Once the warranty has been received and approved, artestilo.com will proceed to replace the product by sending it to the customer with shipping prepaid, at no additional cost to the customer.
The seller is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery. The consumer must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.
