1. By requesting and including your client's data, you confirm that you have duly informed said client that their data will be added to Artestilo's computer files for the sole purpose of sending them information and advertising about Artestilo products, promotions, and events.

2. Artestilo is the sole custodian of the client's information and responsible for the database.

4. Conditions for inclusion in the database. No information should be included about clients under 18 years of age. 

5. Use of Information. The information collected in the database will be used exclusively by Artestilo and/or the Retailer for the following purposes:

a. Notification of Artestilo product offers.
b. Invitations to events and promotions related to Artestilo products.
c. Sending Artestilo gifts to customers and partners.
d. Sending congratulatory letters on special dates or occasions.
e. Providing customer service regarding claims about Artestilo products.

6. Security. We have implemented reasonable and appropriate procedures to prevent unauthorized access to the data. However, we acknowledge that we cannot guarantee the infallibility of the system nor do we accept any liability that may arise from its malfunction.
