This peculiar looking animal that we see in this ceramic sculpture is one of the oldest animals on earth. Sea turtles have been known to have been dancing in the oceans for around 200 million years. One of the curiosities about this animal that we would like to share with you is that, despite being very slow, they are capable of traveling great distances to lay their eggs in the place where they were born. In fact, the last record for the distance traveled by a turtle is 20,900 km in 647 days. Would you be able to make such a long trip?
