The city of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania is famous for its great Auto Show, which is celebrated every year and which is basically an exhibition of the latest automobile industry achievements and it is also an immense second-hand vehicle market. Because of this, one of the young artists of this city, one with a worldwide recognition, Kelly Ross, decided to decorate this CowParade cow for the city Harrisburg with a motor motive.
